Welcome! It is our distinct pleasure to share the TRUE Leadership Equus Coaching™ Experience with horses with you as a part of your Leadership Retreat on 8th February 2023 at beautiful Emirates Equestrian Centre.

It is our intention to invite you into the world of leadership in nature and the ways of the herd. We hope you will enjoy an afternoon of immersion and connection in the peaceful rhythm of nature and feel how it's different from the human rhythms we construct. It is our hope that this experience will ignite your curiosity, open a new perspective or create a growth pathway both personally and collectively. We hope you’ll leave the farm refreshed and inspired to explore practice(s) that will accelerate your business and your life with horsepower.

This questionnaire will serve as an opportunity for your Master Equus Coach Kelly Eide to get to know you and your perspective on leadership and team performance better, with the goal of making your time with the horses tailored to you and as effective and meaningful as it can possibly be. It's also a great opportunity for you to be intentional about your leadership retreat as your team comes back together in person and it may serve to activate your imagination as to how a TRUE Leadership program with horses can support your personal and collective growth. The questions are as important as the answers. Take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete this. No question is mandatory except for the indemnity waiver and your lunch/dietary requirements. Logistics and information you need to know before you go to the stables will be listed after you have submitted your pre work.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION RELEASE

Working with and/or around horses as well as riding horses are dangerous activities. The Participant assumes all risk, loss or damage and injury, direct or indirect from participation in these activities, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the activity. Participant agrees Kelly Eide and TRUE Leadership are not responsible for any injury to the Participant and the Participant assumes all liability for the participation and activities and understands the unpredictability of horses. Participant will defend and indemnify Kelly Eide and TRUE Leadership and hold them harmless from, any and all claims by any party, and all damages, and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees and cost of litigation, resulting from: (1) any error, act, omission or fault of Participant or Participant’s representatives or (2) any misrepresentation by Participant or Participant’s representatives relating to Kelly Eide and TRUE Leadership regardless of the form of the action or any third party caused by or on behalf of Participant or Participant Dealer or representatives. Participant shall be solely responsible for, and shall defend and indemnify Kelly Eide and TRUE Leadership and any third party owner of the Products from, any claims, warranties, or representations made by Participant and Participant’s Dealers and representatives which differ in any manner from the warranty provided by Kelly Eide and TRUE Leadership.
